Fresh from the Garden to the Table
In our cooking class, we will use fresh garden vegetables to bring out the best in every dish. By incorporating seasonal, locally grown produce, we not only enhance flavor and nutrition but also celebrate the simplicity and beauty of cooking with ingredients at their peak, plus with never seeing a factory these fresh ingredients are not processed! From sun-ripened tomatoes to fragrant herbs and crisp greens, every meal becomes a vibrant, wholesome experience. Join us and discover how cooking with fresh-from-the-garden ingredients can transform the way you cook—and eat. This is an extra special class as we will be using produce from the United Garden Club from students at United Intermediate School and from LOCAL gardeners such as those at Alexis Farmer’s Market!

Ages suitable for this class are 6 and up!
PLEASE READ-My menu is dependent on product availability and is subject to change due to that. We reserve the right to cancel class due to emergencies or situations out of our control. If this happens you will be credited your ticket to a future class. Please also if you or anyone attending with you feels ill, we ask that you refrain from coming and have someone else come in your place. We want to keep everyone healthy and safe, and we appreciate you helping us do that!
Refund Policy- You must cancel 5 days prior to class date in order to receive a raincheck to a different class. I do not offer refunds for any reason including illness. I have to buy and prepare food ahead of time. You must call to raincheck at 309-371-3214 or send an email to jennifer@classeswiththecook.com. Tickets cancelled within 24 hours of class will not receive a raincheck. Your best option if it’s last minute is to gift or sell your tickets to someone else. If you choose this option, please let me know.
